Welcome to the Santa Clara County Fair online entry website. Just be sure you read these instructions before continuing on.
 
1. If you haven't already, please go to thefair.org/forms-and-guides and be sure that you have printed and signed the following documents: Code of Conduct, Release of Liability, Drug Statement (Market Animals only), and Attestation of Ownership form (Small Animals only).  Then scan them to your computer or phone so they ready to upload as part of your entries. Youth Livestock exhibitors also have your YQCA certificate number available.
 
2. You will then register as a new exhibitor or log in if you have already registered this year, by clicking the sign in button in the upper right corner.
 
3. Please note sessions will expire after 20 minutes of no activity so “save your cart” as you go.
 
4. After you log in you will create your entries by selecting the Department(s) you want to enter.
 
5. When done adding entries you will need to check out (bottom right button) to complete the entry process and submit entries to the fair.
 
6. Payments are only by credit card at this time.
 
7. After completing your entry online, you WILL receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation your entry was NOT completed/received.
